2026 Quaker Bridge Housing Planning
Lawrence's current housing-plan amendment keeps the existing mall use while allowing housing as an added conditional use at Quaker Bridge. The current plan raises the permitted housing component to as many as 450 units in a residential or mixed-use area and requires a 20% affordable set-aside.
Planning status: zoning permission is not the same as a completed project. Buyers and residents should verify current Planning Board approvals and construction status.
